Organisations can introduce any contracted hotel into the system or use existing connected hotels on an ad hoc basis. "Preferred" hotels and destinations can be centrally managed. Negotiated deals for group accommodation are stored in the system and automatically applied to contracted groups.
Groups requests via the system
Group requests are generated from the system and instantly sent to connected hotels. Hotels respond with group offers directly in the system.
Central visibility
All ongoing groups are visible in one place. Organisers can see the current status, look at bookings and generate a rooming list. Key management also have an overview of all current commitments.
Customised online booking sites in seconds
Group organisers can create an online hotel booking site for their event in seconds, allowing delegates to book (and manage) their own accommodation. Detailed confirmations are sent automatically to bookers, room status and rooming lists are automatically updated.
