All contracting is completed via the system eliminating the need for endless paperwork. Once agreed, both parties have visibility of the room block status. Hotels can elect to receive notification of all changes and updates and can run a rooming list at any time.
Rooming lists can be generated at any time and exported in a number of different formats.

You can also prepare a unique online booking site for each event in your own style enabling client delegates to book directly from the block.
