Contracting is done directly in the system. Once negotiations are complete room blocks are automatically loaded to the system so that both agency and hotel have visibility.
Manage 'Preferred' hotels and negotiated hotel contracts
'Preferred' hotels can be maintained at agency and client level. Negotiated hotel contracts can be stored in the system to be automatically applied to groups requests.
